After acquiring TeamAI, a multi-LLM platform, in 2023, our team began investing heavily in AI education for the company. As a change and operations leader in our department, my role expanded to include AI enablement.

- Launched agents that have improved team efficiency by over 50%, while leading to higher than average quality scores.
- Created team training on how to use the agents, leading to high self-reported knowledge and comfort scores from team members.
- Led team in adoption and testing of prompts, agents and workflows.
- Promoted knowledge sharing among team members.
